Our UK tour of The Siege may be over but we’re still in the UK, participating in events and among them the legendary Glastonbury Festival. On Sunday June 28th at 20:30, there will be a screening of our documentary film Journey of a Freedom Fighter, followed by a discussion with The Freedom Theatre actor Ahmed Tobasi and The Siege co-director Zoe Lafferty.

Journey of a Freedom Fighter, directed by The Freedom Theatre’s Multimedia Coordinator Mohammed Moawia, follows the late Rabea Turkman on his journey from armed resistance fighter to cultural resistance fighter, as he joins The Freedom Theatre as an actor.
