We are proudly announcing our new adventure in Jenin City:

After great efforts The Freedom Theatre has succeeded to mobilise good people from the local community to build The New Freedom Theatre in Jenin City!

Hisham Samudi, a Jenin resident, has partnered with us and is financing and coordinating the structure of the building.

Support our efforts to complete and equip the building by making a donation to The Freedom Theatre!

The building will include 7 large spaces: a theatre, backstage, 4 workshop spaces, and offices. The theatre will have a stage sized 16x13m (the biggest theatre stage in the West Bank) and will be able to host up to 400 people.

The current theatre space in Jenin Camp will be turned into cinema and TV studios for our expanding multimedia programme.

We expect the building will be completed in September 2010.
